These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk36t governing your access to and use of the pk36t platform, including all gaming services, financial transactions, bonus programmes, and communications. You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use pk36t. Age verification is enforced at registration and again before significant withdrawals are processed. Underage access is strictly prohibited.
Each player is permitted one account on pk36t. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
All bonuses and promotions at pk36t are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonuses must be opted into before the qualifying deposit is made — they cannot be applied retrospectively.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. pk36t does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods.
Any attempt to exploit platform errors, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated software constitutes a breach of these Terms. pk36t reserves the right to void affected transactions and suspend involved accounts.
pk36t provides deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Players are encouraged to use these tools. The 21+ policy is non-negotiable and enforced at all account stages.

By accessing, registering with, or using the pk36t platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the pk36t Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk36t platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players accessing pk36t from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. It is Your sole responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the pk36t platform.
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register for and use a pk36t account. pk36t strictly enforces this age policy at registration and at the KYC verification stage prior to withdrawal processing. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all real-money balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the pk36t platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk36t reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances where duplicate account registration is detected.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk36t login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your username and password is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk36t support immediately via the live chat function.
Pakistani Players: Registration on pk36t uses your Pakistani mobile number as your primary identifier. Ensure the mobile number you register with remains active and accessible, as it is required for two-factor authentication, password resets, and OTP verification during sensitive account actions.
pk36t is required under its international gaming license obligations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation — including a copy of a valid government-issued Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership — must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal request above the applicable threshold is processed.
pk36t reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC within a specified timeframe; or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the Player's misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
An account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive calendar months of no login activity. pk36t reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee to the PKR balance of inactive accounts after notification to the registered mobile number, in accordance with applicable licensing conditions. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
pk36t accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the applicable exchange rate where currency conversion is required. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the absence of any pending investigation or account review. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. pk36t does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, accounts not in the Player's own name, or unverified payment methods.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to applicable banking cut-off hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. pk36t is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's payment provider.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods at pk36t. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. pk36t reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.
Fund Security: Player funds at pk36t are held in accounts segregated from pk36t operational funds. Your PKR balance is protected regardless of pk36t's financial position and is not used to fund platform operations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pk36t are subject to these General Bonus Conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses at pk36t are not automatically applied to accounts. Each promotion must be actively opted into by the Player before making the qualifying deposit or completing the qualifying activity. Bonus credits cannot be applied to deposits retrospectively once the qualifying transaction has been processed without the opt-in recorded.
All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice.
pk36t monitors all account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; low-margin or minimal-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play; collusion with other Players to share bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk36t reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend the account.
Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only real-money winnings that exceed the wagering requirement threshold, as defined in the specific promotion terms, are eligible for withdrawal. The maximum withdrawable amount from a bonus may be capped at a specified multiple of the original bonus value as stated in the promotion terms.
All bets placed on pk36t are subject to acceptance by pk36t at its sole discretion. pk36t reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed on markets where the odds or lines were displayed in error or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.
In-play markets are available on selected events including PSL, international cricket, football, and UFC. In-play odds update in real time. pk36t cannot be held liable for telecommunications delays that may result in a bet being accepted after the event outcome is determined where those delays are beyond pk36t's reasonable control.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Player accounts, unless specific settlement rules for that market indicate otherwise in the applicable market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
pk36t reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed errors — regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Identification of a palpable error does not need to occur before the event outcome is determined.
All non-live casino games available on pk36t use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG certification is conducted by accredited independent third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent, unaffected by previous outcomes, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by pk36t or the Player.
Live casino games at pk36t are operated by licensed third-party live dealer studios. The rules applicable to each live table game are displayed within the game interface before a Player joins the table. By joining a live table, the Player agrees to the displayed game rules. Any disputes arising from live casino game outcomes are resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules and the decision of pk36t's games provider.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, pk36t will complete any in-progress round according to the game's standard rules using the last known game state. Any winnings generated from a completed round following a disconnection will be credited to the Player's account. pk36t is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections attributable to the Player's internet service provider or device.
In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, server failures, or communication errors during a game round — pk36t reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk36t platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences: pk36t reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void transactions, forfeit balances, and report activity to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified. Forfeiture of balance applies even where the funds were derived from legitimate play prior to the breach being identified.
All content on the pk36t platform — including but not limited to the pk36t brand name, logo, design, layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of pk36t or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk36t platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, copy, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the pk36t platform without express prior written permission from pk36t.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk36t's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk36t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to access the pk36t platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or pk36t was advised of their possibility.
pk36t does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or reasons beyond pk36t's reasonable control.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by pk36t is governed by the pk36t Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pk36t platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk36t is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details of how pk36t processes your personal information, please review the pk36t Privacy Policy.
pk36t is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates the following tools for all registered Players:
pk36t enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts. You may close your pk36t account at any time by contacting pk36t support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.
pk36t may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice where: you have materially breached these Terms; continued provision of services to you would cause pk36t to breach applicable law or licensing conditions; or you have provided fraudulent information. In such cases, pk36t reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk36t's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
pk36t reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pk36t will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the pk36t platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the pk36t platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as provided in Section 14.
If you have any query, complaint, or dispute regarding these Terms or the pk36t platform, you should contact pk36t support in the first instance via the live chat function available on the pk36t website 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
pk36t operates a formal complaints procedure. All complaints received by pk36t support will be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours and a final response will be provided within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of the complaint being received. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, pk36t will notify you of the expected extended resolution period and the reason for the delay.
