Before processing significant withdrawals, pk36t is required under our gaming license obligations to verify your identity and age. For this purpose, we collect: a copy of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC); a selfie photograph where required for liveness verification; proof of ownership of the payment method associated with your account (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name).
pk36t records all financial transactions conducted through your account, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, transaction timestamps, payment method identifiers (such as the last four digits of a mobile wallet or bank account number), and transaction reference numbers. Full payment account numbers are not stored on pk36t systems.

pk36t uses accredited third-party KYC verification service providers to authenticate CNIC documents and confirm identity. These providers process your identity documents under a data processing agreement with pk36t and are prohibited from retaining or using your data beyond the scope of the verification service.
Live casino games on pk36t are operated by licensed third-party studios. When you join a live table, your player identifier and relevant session data are shared with the game provider to facilitate the game session. These providers are bound by their own gaming license data protection obligations.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, pk36t ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under our gaming license data protection obligations. These safeguards may include contractual data transfer agreements with the receiving entity, ensuring they are bound to process your data only as directed by pk36t and to maintain equivalent security standards.
Your Protection: Regardless of where your data is processed, pk36t's obligations to you under this Privacy Policy apply in full. The geographic location of processing does not affect your rights as described in Section 10.

Please note that certain rights are subject to exceptions under applicable law — in particular, data that must be retained for regulatory compliance, AML obligations, or active dispute resolution may not be erasable during the applicable retention period.
pk36t operates a strict 21+ age policy. The pk36t platform is not directed at, intended for, or accessible to individuals under the age of 21. pk36t does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age.
Age verification is conducted at registration and again at the KYC stage prior to withdrawal processing. pk36t reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where a material change is made to how we process your personal data, pk36t will notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the pk36t platform prior to the change taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the pk36t platform following the effective date of any amendment to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
